Study association Planck was founded on March 10, 2014 by students of the Faculty of Applied Sciences of Fontys University of Applied Sciences in Eindhoven. The association represents the bachelor programs Applied Science and Technical Physics, belonging to the aforementioned institute. Planck’s primary goal is to provide its members with help for their studies. In addition to direct help for their studies, we also try to help students build a network and find possible locations for internships or graduation projects. An annual study trip is also organized.
The association is run entirely by students of the institute, both the board and the committees are filled with students. All activities are therefore also organized by and for our own students. By doing this, they develop very useful knowledge, which fits perfectly on a CV and with which competencies can be demonstrated.
Just by participating in study-related activities, a student of TNW gains extra knowledge about his or her studies and he or she will be able to use this knowledge well in the future.
As a member, you can actively participate in the association by fulfilling a function in the board or by taking a seat in one of the following committees: Activities Committee, Bar Committee, Merchandise Committee, Public Relations Committee, Travel Committee, Seminar & Excursion Committee, Study Committee, Committee ‘Van de Bovenste Planck’ and the Lustrum Committee.
